SHIPPING

Please note all orders made after 8PM on a Thursday/Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Standard shipping is 2-3 working days however you do have the option of express delivery at an extra cost.

Please be sure to provide your full address and any relevant notes regarding the property when checking out to help avoid any delays to your order.
All BROW/FACIAL APPOINTMENTS
Please ensure you have a fresh face, free from make up and oils before appointment. Failure to do so would result in an extra £5 charge to cleanse.
Please note that there will not always be enough time to do this as we sometimes run on a tight schedule. To avoid your appointment being cancelled please follow.
LASH APPOINTMENTS
Please note, I do not work on other lash technicians work.
If you have less than 50% of your false lashes left you will be charged for a full set
Infill appointments are to be booked between 2-3 weeks after your original appointments and no later for maintenance of lashes. Anything later will be charged as a full set
Once your set has been completed there will be no refunds

HAIR APPOINTMENTS
Before appointment:

Hair must be clean, detangled and stretched/blow dried straight to avoid going over time - if you do not usually blow dry your hair and would like to keep it in its natural state this is fine also.

Oils, grease and leave in conditioner is fine when used moderately to avoid distributing the grip of hair.

Fail to follow the above your appointment will be cancelled as we are running by appointment times.

Please note the price in your confirmation email is subject to change due to add ons such as length and size, extra braiding hair/human curls and colour mix.

Please take time to read the price list for your chosen style before booking your appointment

Single braids - Please be clear in how you would like your braids if you prefer thicker braids, Thinner braids etc. as we would love for you to leave happy with the results - We specialise in fantastic results so the aim is always to make you look and feel like a mill so be as picky as you want.

Corrective services will not be allowed after 3 days of initial service
COLOUR MIX

Colour mix of more than 2 Colours = (£20) This includes ASH BLONDE hair for any style.
HAIR 'NOT' PROVIDED

Passion Twists Hair - If you are booking for passion twists you can purchase this hair from a website called 'WigIt' - SM = 5 Packs required

French Curl Hair is not provided - Brands of French curl braids you can buy: BOSS or CHERISH - SM = 5 Packs Required
ALL HAIR PROVIDED
Hair is provided for majority of our services that requires expressions and human hair curls and included within the price. All you need to do is make sure to state the colour you require when filling out the booking form (Please see 'BULK' HUMAN HAIR CURLS for more information).
Synthetic Curls is also stocked so no need to give notice when booking for synthetic boho/freestyle Fulani curls.
Please note if you've opted for any appointment which states 'All Hair Provided' all you need to do is show up to your appointment - Braiding hair and our amazing quality deep wave human braiding hair curls will be provided.
'BULK' HUMAN HAIR CURLS
We stock natural brown/black unprocessed curls.
If you require any coloured curls - we need at least 2-4 weeks notice unless stock is available. Please email to enquire before booking to avoid any disappointment.
OUR RIGHTS

Prècisionn Hair and Beauty LTD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour.

We advise all clients to plan their journey accordingly to ensure they’re on time.

Pictures/videos will be taken of ALL clients. This will require you to show your face. They do not have to be posted, we need evidence of attendance.

We reserve the right to record video footage of any clients behaving inappropriately, or displaying anger towards staff.
DEPOSITS
A £20/£50 non- refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. All appointments which require human hair to be provided required £50 deposit whereas all other appointments require £20.
The deposit is deducted from the total amount which is to be paid on the day
Cash & Card Payment is accepted on the day so please come prepared. Please bring the exact amount of cash where possible.
